Why the label of AC input rage show 100~240VAC, but the specification show as 90...

Because of Electric safety approval (such as UL) MUST follow its rule (the rate of input range is + -10%), therefore the label only shows as 100V~ 240V. And the specification shows as 90V~ 264V.
